Theodora has a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and european studies, and has started her professional life as a researcher with Code for Romania, in what felt like the logical next step after volunteering for a political news initiative. She’s interested in how civil tech can address issues in both governance and society, and engaged with the idea of change through grassroots movements. Her other hobbies include reading, ice hockey and digital security.
