Chief Operations Officer


Summary

We are looking for an experienced, driven individual to join our team as an operational manager. This position has a strong focus on HR processes management, experience in the field is a plus. 

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to operate in an international setting

  • Is a very organized, analytical and proactive individual

  • Has a strong fluency in English and Romanian. Fluency in any other language is a plus. 

  • Has excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills;

  • Has excellent people skills;

  • Has strong interpersonal, networking, and diplomacy skills;

  • Is able to demonstrate vision and leadership, while also maintaining flexibility, humility, and an ‘allhands-on deck’ attitude within the team, when needed;

  • Is able to work under tight and occasionally shifting deadlines;

  • Is able to work fruitfully and professionally with multiple cultures and professions;

  • Having previous experience in leading teams is an asset 

About the job

  • Work horizontally with all departments of the organization

  • Managing the human resources processes for the entire organization

  • Handling internal communication, contract management, clarification of legal requirements etc.

Time: Full-time

Duration: Initially one-year to start, renewable towards permanence after first year

Contract type: Employee

Location: Bucharest (potential relocation to The Hague within one year)

Reporting to: President/CEO

Start date: As soon as possible
