Communications Officer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual who can proficiently plan and execute various communication assets for our rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and stay in contact with media organizations. Additionally, the ability to create and implement effective communication strategies for Code for Romania's digital solutions is a must. If you have the willingness to be part of a are motivated by being part of a community that constantly strives to better not only itself but also the rest of society, you might be the one we are looking for.


Requirements

  • Working with multiple stakeholders to deliver on time-sensitive objectives

  • Excellent English and Romanian writing skills;

  • Creativity, Accuracy and good analytical skills.

  • A very organized and proactive individual

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Able to work under tight and occasionally shifting deadlines;

  • Compelling writer;


About the job

  • Work closely with the executive team.  

  • Be in constant communication with the Fundraising and Partnerships teams and actively coordinate with other teams.

  • Handling communications with stakeholders, social media channels of Code for Romania, media representatives

  • Organize and participate in relevant events.

Duration: Initially one-year to start, renewable towards permanence after the first year
