A skilled connector, Ella has been involved in various areas of communications for almost two decades, building a strong background in online journalism, radio, TV, social media, and then content strategy, communication, social media, consultance. With a special interest in science and defense as a journalist, she was the producer of the only science show on commercial radio, “Sound of Science”, and graduated the Romanian Department of Defense’s Conflict Journalists Training Camp. In social media, she developed keen insights into both psychological impact and content strategies. For the past ten years, she has been working for major brands, continuously supporting high quality and accurate communication, understood by anyone, with the suitable branding.
As a mother of two, she's mastered a special kind of project management, drawing insights from neuroscience and human psychology, which significantly contributed to her growth as an individual, but also as a professional. The experience catalyzed her transition into entrepreneurship, where she had been engaged with various businesses and NGOs, but also politicians, given the involvement in all major civic movements.
Her goals are centered around leveraging communication to foster growth in our technology-driven world. She aims to explore new opportunities through travel, connecting dots for innovative projects, and imparting knowledge in communication and branding to future generations.
