Trained in cognitive science and passionate about the human mind and behaviour, Laura brings all the pieces together in Civic Labs, our civic infrastructure incubator, to discover where society’’s needs meet with what technology has to offer. Laura has an MSc in Cognitive Science from University College London, where her research focused on the role of imagination and mental models in solving new tasks, a highly relevant topic for how people interact with technology. She is skilled in qualitative and quantitative research, and experimental design. But perhaps most importantly, she is a great listener.
